With this application you can communicate directly with the Emergency Coordination Centers of the Basque Country (112 SOS Calls) and, in addition, your phone's GPS location will be sent automatically. You have the option of making a phone call to 112 or, if that is not possible, you can access without voice, in which case you must select the type of emergency classified into 4 groups: accident, medical emergency, fire and robbery. A subsequent chat will also allow you to better specify the emergency. The video call for sign language communication is also available.
Likewise, it also has the 'El 112 a la inversa' functionality to receive the self-protection recommendations that SOS Deiak sends to all the mobile phones that the application places, based on its geolocation, in a zone considered to be at risk.
